General Returns Policy:
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Runka.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Should items be returned simply based upon a customer’s discretion, but for no fault of Runka.com to supply said product(s) or, damage, or incorrect item, or any other reason of dissatisfaction we charge a 10% restocking fee and will offer no refund of shipping charges for delivery or return of such items.
ALL RETURN ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PRODUCT PACKAGING.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Runka.com will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Items that are Not Returnable
Runka.com.com does not accept returns of the following items:
- Items that have been used such as Candles, perishables etc.
- Electronic items purchased over 30 days prior to claim in used condition
- Any product missing the serial number or UPC
- Downloadable software products
- Gift cards and gift certificates
- Items purchased from sellers other than Runka.com
- Some Jewelry order
- Grocery products and Gourmet gift baskets cannot be returned; however, Runka.com will issue a full refund for damaged products sold by Runka.com
